Ndjaba N. Ghislain
Founder/Director

In August 2022, Ndjaba N. Ghislain became an International Labour Organization’s (ILO) certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT) for the Portworker Development Programme II (PDP 2). He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Ports and Shipping Administration from the Regional Maritime University Accra (University of Ghana-Legon) in 2015 and in 2012, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Buea-Cameroon. Ndjaba N. Ghislain has been in the maritime industry since 2015 after his return from Ghana in the capacity of an intern and a lecturer. He taught port and shipping courses at Landmark Metropolitan University in Molyko, Gulf-Field University Institute in Limbe and at CHITECHMA University in Molyko. He worked with the Service of Assistance to Shippers at the Cameroon National Shipper’s Council head office in Douala and with the Direction of Commercial Operations at the Port Authority of Douala as an intern. He was also trained on start-up business entrepreneurship in the context of Cameroon, at the Cameroon National Pilot Business Incubator in Edea.

Ferdinand Anomah

Industry, Academic and Business Advisor

Ferdinand Anomah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) UK and has more than nine years experience in the maritime industry. He holds an LLB in International Maritime Law from the International Maritime Law Institute in Malta, an MA in Ports and Shipping Administration from the Regional Maritime Academy Accra (University of Ghana-Legon) and he is a certified shipping professional of the ICS. Ferdinand Anomah has been the Founder and CEO of J&P Global Ltd for nine years and the Founder, Director and Lecturer of Global Maritime Training for 8 years all in Cameroon. He served as Operations Manager at Caba Business Service for seven years and he has been the president and CEO for Africa Integrated Traffic Systems USA/Cameroon for six years.
